I've cast a few spells and I have written a few, I'm still a beginner. Spells can back to 你 3 fold, so whatever 你 put out into the world will come back to 你 3 times greater than 你 put out, good 或者 bad. Any spell that can do harm is not a good idea. Not just because it can come back on you, but it is just wrong to wish someone harm 或者 revenge. If someone has harmed 你 或者 is wishing 你 harm, try a protection spell 或者 maybe a binding spell. Do some research 或者 get 建议 from a Wiccan who can suggest an appropriate spell for your specific problem. Never set out to do harm, please! Blessed Be.

I wouldn't call it witchcraft. I call it magic, which is pretty much the same thing. I use magic to keep evil interdimensional entities from completely entering the physical world. If i 或者 anyone else with similar "skills" don't stop them then the real world will have a real problem that almost nobody can stand up against
