I dont know but my guess is; It simpaly wasnt 流行的 enough.

there were 更多 shows that had to get on tv so they erased W.I.T.C.H

they took witch off tv because, they wanted 更多 shows but there wasnt enough time so they took out the least popular. remember witch was still very new and few knew about it so there weren't many people watching it

Because they are stupid besides 迪士尼 don't care about witch anymore!! :(
