War Games How to get an 'avatar' 照片 uploaded here?

I've been trying to accomplish this without any "success" as of yet, and am wondering if it is due to something of which I might have 'missed'? I'll try it again at some later time since the 'site' might just BE on its "coffee break" or "out to lunch" and perhaps even 'napping'!

1. Click on "my page"
2. Click on "edit Profile"
3. Click on "browse" to upload the picture of your choice. Note: it must be exactly square, and 100x100 pixels or larger. That is, you could have a 250x250 pixel image, and it will scale down, but you can't have a 200x700 pixel image.

It still isn't working at all so maybe I'll try another method for this and then see if that does the trick and FOOL these "fools" into putting such upon my 'profile' FINALLY!
