I was re-reading the first book today and I came across this one. It's from the scene where Dimitri busts in on Rose and Jesse and it was just so Rose it made me laugh! It's her thoughts on Jesse's reaction to being picked up and threatened by Dimitri.

I guess there was "usually" and then there was being held in the grip of a really ripped, really tall, and really pissed-off
Russian guy.

I love Adrian in this scene! His outburst is so real and full of emotion..can't wait for the spin-off!
