its mixed feelings because I <3 his good and happy side but I hate his mean and evil side

Love him as a character, he's an amazing baddie, but don't like him as a person most of the time, because... Well... He's pretty evil and sadistic, since he has no soul. On the other hand, what he says to you at the end of the true pacifist route is surprisingly sweet, so perhaps a soul is something you can earn or make? I don't know. But now that I've written all this, I think I'll change my answer from mixed feelings to love, he's just too awesome.

I REALLY LIKE FLOWEY!!!!!!!

Hard to say. He's one of my favorite characters, and I feel so bad for him, considering Asriel was such a kind child and he lost his ability to love and was turned into this creature. (I'm also a bit biased because Flowey heavily reminds me of every Gravity Faller's favorite triangle, and I associate Bill with nostalgia and happy feelings. So I associate Flowey with those same feelings!) But Flowey's done terrible things, like brutally killing a child over and over and mocking them every time they come back (Omega Flowey fight), lying to people, and just generally being not a good person. Hard to blame him though, since he has no soul.
