For those of 你 wondering which Jack and Karen I am talking about, I am referring to none other than the catty and humourous offerings of Will and Grace's very own bitchy and campy duo in gay man, Jack- and the sarchastic overtones of Karen- both played 由 Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally.

Ugly Betty's answer to Jack and Karen come in the form of the flamboyant Marc St James- Wilhelmina's sidekick and Mode receptionist, Amanda Tanen. Their antics have entertained audiences in their seats and garnered a massive fanbase throughout the world.

The main difference separating the pair is the age differences...

Well, well, well. What can be 说 about season 3 of ugly betty so far, 或者 be it what can be 说 about this season based on the first 10 episodes?

For starters, Betty's 爱情 life is taking a much deserved breather after the Betty/Gio/Henry 爱情 三角形, 三角 that dominated most of last season and secondly, it feels like the 心 and soul of season 1 is slowly but surely making a transition into the third season also. 显示 Recap:

The first episode of season two was extremely touchy-feely, in my opinion. To begin with, Betty is running around like a chicken with her head cut off, trying to take care of Daniel and her job and denying that she is hurt over 最近的 family events. Henry’s running off to Arizona with Charlie has also clearly affected her greatly.

Daniel and Alexis are in the hospital after their car crash. Daniel is in a wheelchair and feels guilty, thinking he caused the crash. Alexis is in a coma until Daniel goes in to talk to her.

嘿 all. I have a great book -- definitely in the “Ugly Betty” mode -- to recommend. It’s called “The Flawless Skin of Ugly People” (by a guy named Doug Crandell) and it’s fabulous. It’s about the relationship between a misfit of a guy with really bad acne and his extremely overweight girlfriend. Think Jenny Craig ad crossed with ProActiv infomercial, and you’ll get the idea. The best thing, though, is that this is a real 爱情 story, really romantic. And a really comforting read for anybody (like me) tired of all the perfect 超能英雄 and heroines in these kind of books. It’s out this week (and in paperback, which is good), and definitely worth buying.
