I felt like I sat there for hours waiting for Jake to return. It was starting to get dark. Someone was walking up behind me , but I didn't turn to look. My father sat down 下一个 to me. I laid my head on his shoulder. he kissed my hair and held me
"Nessie," he 说 after a moment "it's getting dark. It will be time to go 首页 soon"
"He's coming back. I know he is." I said. My father sighed and got up. I started to get sleepy. I closed my eyes and leaned my head against the banister when a warm hand touched me. It was Jacob he came back. smiled and then my face became serious.
"Nessie, I'm sorry. I was mad. I didn't mean to hurt you." He said
"Jacob Black," I said" don't 你 ever scare me like that, you're my best friend. I could never 熊 to lose you." he looked at me with a look in his eyes like it was something he wanted to say but couldn't
"Nessie time to go." My mom yelled
"Coming" I yelled back."Bye Jake" I 说 as i got up to leave. When I got 首页 I got ready for 床, 床上 and my parents 说 goodnight to me.
I woke u in the middle of the night to my parents arguing
"She's needs to know the truth Edward" my mom all but yelled at my dad.
"I want her to have choices not just one" He 说 back.
"Edward we know it's going to happen Jake imprinted on her"
"Bella, i don't want her to be forced to be with him because of the imprinting thing"
"I didn't have a choice" my father gasped as if he was slapped"When i first laid eyes on 你 I knew 你 were the only one for me"
"I'm sorry my love"My father surrendered. What a wimp.I thought about imprinting and what my mother said. I remember being younger and Jake telling me how it was when 你 meet your soul-mate and 你 would be together for forever. It all made sense now. Jake Imprinted on me. I was his Imprintee. I was in 爱情 with my best friend. I couldn't sleep peacefully for the rest of the night.
I got up early and got dressed. I called Jacob and asked him to meet me in the big field.
I was sitting in the middle when i saw him. He walked over to me and sat down 下一个 to me.
