After about 10 分钟 in the 淋浴 I couldn’t even feel the cut on my head it was strange. When I got out of the 淋浴 I put on the clothes Amber and Alice had 给 me. I looked at myself in the mirror. The cut on my head was almost completely gone. I gasped as I saw this. There was a knock on the door. It was Amber.
“Alana… Is everything alright in there?” she ask
“Y…y-yea.” My voice was shaky. This is too much to handle.”Everything is fine.”
I came out of the bathroom trembling. She came up to me and hugged me.
“I’ll have Carlisle explain everything. It will be ok.” She 说 in a soothing tone.
My trembling stopped as someone walk into the room. I felt calm.
“This is Jasper. He is Alice’s mate.” I turn and looked at her. “He can also feel and control emotions.”
I swallowed hard and nodded toward him. No wonder.
“Carlisle is here. He thinks it’s best if they talk alone for awhile. Then the whole family can come in and we can drive Alana home.” As he 说 this I realized how nervous I really was. He was walking out the door when he turned so fast it was just a blur. He cocked his beautiful head to the side and looked me up and down. He looked confused.
“I can’t feel 你 anymore?” he 说 questioning.
“What?” Amber furrowed her eyebrows.

“Come on 你 will talk to Carlisle now.” His voice was hard.

Carlisle explained almost everything. Everyone’s gifts and I found Ambers very extraordinary. She could see some ones past to an extent. She could also feel some ones connection to another person. That part scarred me.
“What about Ethan’s gift?” I asked hesitant.
“You will have to ask him that yourself.”
He made his way to the door. I was slow to follow. He was about to open the door when I asked him what he thought I was.
“I think 你 should talk to your father about that.” He 说 in a caring voice.
“But, how would he? He is not my biological father he my uncle.” I was starting to think too much about my past that I was getting upset. I hated that.
“I will bet he knows 更多 than 你 think he does.” He 说 as he put his hand on my shoulder.
He opened the door and there was a crowd. It made me nervous. He led us down the stairs into the living room. On the way down I noticed Ethan was nowhere to be seen. I didn’t want him to know that I was weird. This just had to come at a time like this. When I finally find a guy I like. I knew this would be too good to be true.
Every set of eyes in the room turned to look behind me.
“Well it’s about time 你 two decided to 加入 us.” Amber glared at whoever was behind me. I was scared to look. I tried to force myself not to look but failed miserably. I turned to see Ethan right behind me. He was close enough I could feel his hot breath on my face.
“What did 你 tell her?” He asked through clenched teeth.
A reddish brown haired boy came up from behind him and put his hand on him.
“Relax. Nothing about you.” They looked at each other for a moment.
The reddish brown haired boy who I now knew as Edward walked away over to Bella. Now I was back to staring at Ethan. To my surprise his face had softened. The longer I stared into his big brown eyes the 更多 they seemed to sparkle. I was hypnotized 由 him.
Emmett started to crake up. His voice was booming. I nearly jump a mile high.
“Why don’t 你 to 爱情 birds take it outside” In between big burst of laughter.
Ethan rolled his hands into fists and immediately I knew where this was going. Honestly Emmett scarred me. The way Ethan looked with his face I’m pretty sure he could have taken him on. I placed my small hand on his large chest which stopped him instantly but I could feel him shaking underneath my hand. The heat coming off of him was amazing. I was blushing, a deep crimson red from all the staring. Before I knew it Ethan had taken my hand and pulled me to the garage. I was amazed again 由 the wide verity of cars to choose from.
“Take your pick.” He told me as if he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
“Umm…” I was stumped how I would choose. “I guess … hmm… The Volvo” That was a 安全 choice wasn’t it?
He gave a small smile as if he knew what I would choose. He pulled a small key from his pocket and unlocked it without letting go of my hand. I have never had a man open up a car door for me but he did.
On the way to my house hand in hand I could finally look away from his precious face. I noticed that it was dark I looked up at the sky and found 更多 clouds. Yet I was completely happy.
