I turned around to see the one person I didnt't expect to see, Jasper. He eyed the glass of blood in my hand.
"Carlisle 说 it wouldn't be wise if I went hunting out there." I turned to automaticly look out inthe the night, searching for and danger that might hurt Seth. I could still hear him inside snoring on the couch.
"Hmm.. In that case shouldn't 你 bring your things here? So 你 wouldn't have to leave?" He didn't seem to be paying attention, locked in his mind wondering about things no one but him(and Edward) knew.
"Maybe so, but like Carlisle 说 I shouldn't go alone."
"So bring Seth, he'll be 更多 than happy to come with you, even if it's raining.
I turned my head to see that it WAS raining.Hm.... I didn't notice earlier. I was distracted. Most likely.
I walked past Jasper going inside to wake Seth, I almost have forgotten the blood in my hands. I managed to get the rest down, clean and put away the cup. I walked hesitatly over towards Seth.
I shook his shoulder and he jolted upright.
"Seth?" I tried looking in his frantic eyes, hoping he could focus on me.
"Mary?"
"Yours truley. Jasper thought it was a good idea, a precaution, that I would bring my things here. So I wouldn't have to leave. I can't go 由 myself, so do 你 want to come with me?"
"Sure, just let me tell Jacob...." We both looked at Jacob who was snoring, loudly, on the other couch.
"I don't think you'll miss much, but I'll leave a note, just in case."
I scribbled a note for Jacob telling him excatly where Seth would be and I put the sticky note on his forehead. Laughing because it looked so comical. Anyway he'd see it soon enough.
We left the house the rain had momentarily stopped. At least we wouldn't get drenched, too much. Seth decided he would run wolf, then go with me in human form. Though I would of loved to see the faces off all those humans when they saw Seth in 狼 form. But we couldn't do that.
We ran mostly in silence, except for Seth, he had to make some sort of noise, breathing, his paws hitting the leaves, 或者 sniffing the air.
About half way I stopped, I heard people shouting with 狗 comming our way.
"Go Seth!" He darted off, humans couldn't see him.
Shoot! I almost forgot! My eyes were still red fromt the blood. I patted my pockets hoping I would find something. I managed to pull out a a case of contacts. I hurried to put them in, Alice must of saw that I would need them.
Four police officers stepped in the little clearing with 搜索 dogs.
"Alice?" I looked over towards the man who 说 my aunts name.
"You know my sister?" We looked close enough to pull it off.
"Ithink so. Alice Cullen?"
"Yeah that's her, I'm Mary Alice. I go 由 Mary though."
"So what are 你 doing out here?"
Umm..." I was trying to find Seth, we were playing capture the flag, I think I 迷失 him."
"Do 你 want an escort?" I notice that the 狗 were taking in my smell, whimpering slightly, their instints told them that I was dangerous.
"No I'm fine. I'll find Seth then we'll head back home."
