"Family of course, though we already consider 你 family."

I was shocked. I've only had one family before, but that was years ago.


"I'm not sure Carlisle, can I think about it?"

"Of course. Take all the time 你 want."

"Thanks. Oh and Carlisle?"

"Yes?"

"Have 你 ever heard of a vampire's gift changing?"

He shook his head slowly.

"Mine's changing, I used to only draw things, now I'm seeing and drawing. And I think I'm seeing the past and future."

I remembered after I was kidnapped I saw the way he moved in a vision.

He bent his heard over paperwork.

I guess that was my cue to go. As I was walking down the steps I was thinking about what me and Carlisle were talking about.

I looked out the big glass window staring at the trees.

I heard a frantic callings of Alice's name. She probably sees something. I was about to turn to ask her what she seen when I was seeing something too. No one knew I was seeing anything, my face was still towards the window, but I started shaking.

I didn't realize how bad it was, until I sunk into the ground. I totaly blacked out, wheather in fear 或者 because I haven't hunted in a month, I didn't know.

My eyes opened in a flash, my eyes instanly narrowing. Where was I? I looked around, oh... I was in Carlisle's study. It didn't seem familiar to me at first because I was facing a 墙 I never saw. It had pictures hanging from them.

Horror washed over me when I saw the face of a man. I had a vision of him. I instantly flinched.
I ran my fingers over it, tracing Carlisle beside three others.

How odd. I never met them, but an instint told me I never wanted to. I remembered the visiion, and flinched, I surley didn't want to mess with them.I heard a knock on the door, and my heard snapped towards the sound.

Carlisle came in looking wary. Probably because my eyes were flat black. 你 couldn't even see a trace of gold, even with vampire eyesight.

"Mary?"

I looked at him, not bothering to answer.

"Do 你 need to hunt?"

"Probably, its getting alittle uncomfortable. I haven't hunted in over a month."

He gasped at me," But your so well controlled around humans, doesn't it bother you, at all?"


Not hunting for 2 months were hard, one 月 is a cake walk. I nodded my head, not speaking, I was still spooked about my vision.

He tossed me a bag of blood," I don't think going out hunting will be good."

I nodded, but went downstairs to the kitchen. I grabbed a glass that people usualy used for margaritas. I poured the blood in it. I wasn't an out of control vampire, I prefered my 食物 this way actualy. Carlisle chuckled when he saw what I did to the blood.

I went out on the front porch and watched the snow fall. I leaned causually against the railing slowing drinking the blood.

I heard the door open and close quietly.I turned to see....
