My eyes unfocused, I was reminiscing that night that I proposed to Bella. I remember how in 爱情 we were, 或者 at least how in 爱情 I thought we were. Was I ready for this to happen? I didn't know.

I sat on the sofa, looking down at the floor. I wanted to marry her, but we hardly knew anything about each other. If I were to agree to this, than we would need to know 更多 about each other. "No, this is at the perfect pace,"she replied without looking up.

I pulled her chin up and I could see how bad she was feeling, she thought I was going to say no. I grabbed her hand and towed her away so she was standing just inches from me. I made sure she was watching me, keeping her hand.
"Elizabeth Martin,"I 说 as I slid down onto one knee. She gasped.
"I 爱情 你 and 你 爱情 me. I want 你 forever and ever, and I promise to 爱情 你 every second, of every 日 of forever. And I need 你 to answer this question. Will 你 marry me?"
She smiled from ear to ear. I reached into my pocket and pulled out the velvet box.
"Of course, Edward Cullen, yes I'll marry you."
I opened the box and pulled out the ring. Surprisingly, when I slid it on, it fit perfectly.
"This ring was the one my father gave to my mother. And I want 你 to have it."
Then I got up and pulled her closer. Then I pressed my cold, hard lips to her nice, warm, soft lips. I felt good, even better than when Bella had 说 yes. I remembered back to when I had watched Liz sleep that one night. About how I wanted her to become a vampire. I realize now how selfish that was. I would let her choose what she wanted to be. I wouldn't stand in her way, no matter how hard. I broke away from the kiss. The look on her face reminded me so much of Bella.
"It's nothing against you, but I don't want to hurt you, which could very easily happen,"I thought about how I called Bella love, I didn't want to repeat that so I decided on,"honey."
She wouldn't notice the pause.
"I know, 你 have super strength and all, but I did enjoy the kiss."
"As did I. But tomorrow, I want to ask 你 every 问题 I can think of, no matter how stupid, I want 你 to answer as best 你 can and honest."
"Okay, but why tomorrow?"

"I'll let 你 sleep now. For the wedding, I want 你 to decide."
