I watched her come out of the room where she spent the last week getting better. She walked over to where I stood, waiting to take her to her apartment. I thought about how much Bella had meant to me, how much she had changed me. I thought about how easy it was to forget her now that my existence finally had a true meaning. I remember how I used to think that Bella was the whole point of my existence, how she was what kept me alive, but I now knew that she was just to help me control myself for the only true 爱情 I could have. I saw through Sam's mind how Emily was his whole world. I knew that this was just as strong as their relationship, if it wasn't stronger. I didn't know if she felt the same way, but I would 显示 her.
"You didn't have to wait for me, 你 don't even have to take me home."
"I don't have to, but... I want to."
"Are 你 sure 你 don't have a problem with this?"
"Of course not, now I know 你 just got released, but I thought I would treat 你 to dinner."

I gazed into her eyes and then walked with her through the hospital doors. For the first time I actually forgot about Bella. Even looking at this beautiful goddess, I couldn't believe I thought Bella and I were meant to be.
We got into the cab and I listened to her 随意 thoughts. She probably wouldn't admit it out loud, but she was thinking about me, I saw through her eyes that she did think of me as the center of the universe.

It seems like he like likes me, but I can't be positive. I feel like he's the center of the universe and the way he dresses. He's probably powerful 或者 at least rich. He has good taste too. He's so beautiful, it almost hurts to look at him, but for some reason, I can't take my eyes off of him. I hope he's okay later, I mean, if they see me with him, I hope they don't hurt him, I think I care about him. But how can I? "Oh,... I guess I didn't tell you, my name is Elizabeth Martin, but everyone I know calls me Liz."
