guys i was just 阅读 twilight 4 the 100000 time but i still don't understand why the cullens should play baseball in the storm ??????

They have to use the thunder as a cover for when they hit each other 或者 the ball, Bella even says in the book when the hit the ball it's a loud crashing sound similar to the thunder. and when Edward and Emmett collide they make the sound of boulders colliding with each other

lots of ppl dont get it...
but they play baseball while there is a storm outside, so that the sound of the thunders can cover the sound they make when their bodies crash each others, 或者 when they hit the ball with their baseball bats...

Because when the ball collides with bat, 或者 if the Cullen's collide with eachother, it makes a loud cracking noise similar to the soud of thunder and lighning. They couldn't do that on a normal day, otherwise people may get suspicious and decided to check it out.

They have to play in the thunder and lightning cause when they hit the ball 或者 run into eachother, it makes it 更多 dramatic, and because vapires wouldn't die from lightning 或者 be afraid of thunder either, think of how fun it would be!!!
haha, but no worries, I didn't get it either, I kind of just did what 你 did and asked around from people I know. : )

beacause they need thunder to hit the ball really hard with their strength

the reason is becuzz u know the thunder its gives the ball a little help u know the movement helps the ball 移动 faster!! i hope that answered ur question

cuz they hit the ball hard with out trying,and it make the sound of thunder i've read twilight 1 time.

Because when they hit the ball 或者 crash into each other it sounds like thunder and if it wasn't thundering the people of Forks would think the sky was falling in! :D

Becoz they hit wiv soo much power it makes a crack sound like thunder and lightning

coz they made so much noise that only a storm could cover it... when they hit the ball 或者 at each other it sounded like thunder!!
