They wouldn't be able to have a baby if bella were a vampire, as human bodies need to change once they become pregnant to be able to let the baby grow, and 吸血鬼 bodies are basically 《冰雪奇缘》 in time as they are no longer able to age, so their bodies are not able to change to be able to carry a child.
Bella cant have 婴儿 when she's a vampire cause bodies have to change and her's can't and their stomach's have to get bigger and they can't either so it would be physically impossible
