Do 你 think it's strange that Ben isn't in the movie, and Eric is Angela's boyfriend? And Lauren isn't in it either.

I don't really think it's weird. Reason is because when 图书 are adapted into films, there is bound to be changes. Ben didn't really contribute that much to the book. Same goes for Lauren. They hardly had any lines in the books. So I understand why they were cut out.

I guess they just decided that even though they were great in the books...they werent too important to the movie screen play? I'm sure they had to cut alot of stuff down to keep the movie under 23 hours long...lol
