i assume yes. i mean they could if they wanted to. maybe to relax o whatever, but their bodies probably dont produce oils on their skin 或者 in their hair. they could potentially get things on themselves like dirt 或者 something when hunting. good 问题 lol.

I would assume so. Just because they're 吸血鬼 doesn't mean they're automatically clean all the time.

to my mind they have to take a 淋浴 when needed - maby after running when it's raining. 你 just can't be clean after running in inhuman speed through the wet forest :) and they also wash - that's mantioned in Breaking dawn.

I think that the vamps do take showers but not as a usual daily thing. Becuz I'm positive they don't sweat so no need to 淋浴 away any disgusting B.O. But I'm sure they would if they got dirty after hunting and stuff.
