In Breaking Dawn, on which exact occassion of Bella and Edward's honeymoon was Renesmee conceived?

I'm curious about which time Bella became pregnant. The morning after the first night Bella was eating a lot, and she managed to get Edward to sleep with her again after waking up crying after that dream. That makes me think it was the first night since she had those symtoms (eating, crying), but then wasn't there a gap of a week 或者 two before they did it again and I was thinking about Renesmee growing so fast and was wondering if Bella would not have felt something inside her during that time? Has anybody else thought about this?

I think its their first time. Cause the 秒 time they ever slept together she was already crying and having "symptons" of pregnancy.
So it was on their first time.

it would amost certanly be the first time. She was exhausted and starving for the two weeks before they had sex again. then there was the dreams and the crying. the length of time is right for the symptoms being shown... but she only mentioned the major symptoms. Like there was no mention of breast swelling 或者 pain. but what weirded me out was, that she was having child dreams even before she had sex the first time... weird huh?
