add lots of people to your 粉丝 列表 由 going to their profiles and scrolling down on the left side of the screen until 你 find 'Add to 粉丝 List', then click on it. they will be added to your 粉丝 list, and if they want to become 粉丝 with you, they will 确认 your request and 你 are likely to recive a message in return stating that.
as for medals...almost all the 奖章 that 你 are gonna get are going to be from 支持 people give 你 for images, comments, etc. there are 奖章 that are 给 to 你 if 你 rate items (ask me about that later in a message 或者 something) 你 can also get 奖章 if 你 manage to invite people from other social websites successfully. if 你 have any 更多 questions, add them as a 评论 below my answer. :)
If 你 want 粉丝 than add some, most of them will add 你 back :)
And to get medals, 你 need to be activ on the spot 你 want 奖章 for!Adding 视频 或者 链接 for example, people rating that!And if enough people rating your stuff 你 getting medals!
