I sit on my 床, 床上 with all the lights in my room turned off. I guess I like sitting in the dark when I think. My dark eyes fill with tears, the memories of me and Trent stick painfully in my 心 even though we are over . I start sobbing and the tears run fast down my pale cheek. I hug my knees, wishing I had someone sitting beside me on the bed. As the night progresses on and I sit still on my dark blue bed, I keep trying to deny the fact that what I need is a boyfriend to fix what has been broken of my heart.
The 下一个 morning I got up and change my clothes. I picked out a black 帕拉摩尔 shirt,a pair of very dark blue jeans,and some black converse. I brushed 由 blue and black hair. Then I heared a car horn and I walked over to the window. I saw Bridgette wave her hand out of her car window. I hurried and grabed my black bookbag, I grabed some on the go breakfast and headed out the door. I got to Bridgette's blue 野马 and sat shotgun. In the back of Bridgette's car was Duncan,Geoff,and Courtney. I waved at them but only Duncan was paying attention and waved back. I blushed a little. "I 爱情 the 衬衫 Gwen." Bridgette 说 to me in a brightening tone. "Thanks Bridge." I replied as I smiled at her. Bridgette was wearing a light blue 衬衫 and grey shorts. Duncan was wearing his same old skull 衬衫 but was wearing jeans,Geoff had the same look,and Courtney was wearing her same as always, a grey vest over a white 衬衫 and some green capris. Bridgette starts to drive off and I turn my head back to Duncan, he was looking to me and I started to speak. "Hey Duncan, 你 and Courtney still going out?" Duncan looked a little puzzled, probably wondering why I was asking such a question. "Actually we're not anymore. Princess got on my last nerve..." he replied. "Oh..." I 说 back, not noticing that Courtney had overheard and had 给 me a sad yet angry look. "May be I shouldn't of brought that up.." I thought to myself as I turned my head back towards the windshield.
"We're here!" Bridgette called out as she pulled up to the school parking lot. "Finally.." I heard Courtney say softly. After Bridgette parked, we all got out and walked towards to front door of the highschool. I walked over to my locker and Duncan walked over to me. I turned my head towards him, wondering what he wanted. "Uhh..Duncan 你 lost?" I asked. "No. I got my locker switched because mine was originally 下一个 to Court's.." he answered, opening his new locker 下一个 to mine. I opened mine quickly to hide my blushing face from Duncan. I heard a locker slam shut and I looked from my locker to see that Duncan had gone to class. I sighed and grabed my history book. Then I shutted my locker and walked to homeroom which was history. I walked into the classroom and sat at my desk. My 台, 办公桌 was 由 Cody's,behind Beth's, and in front of Heather's. The 钟, 贝尔 rang and Mrs.Narwin started to call role. "Abigal Adams?" she called. "Here!" Abby called back. Abby is one of my best 老友记 here at Gunther High. She was punk yet sorta had a girly side. "Beth Farlin?" Mrs.N called. "Present!" Beth called. "Benny Gomez?" she called. "Here!" he called. After she had called role she asked for someone to take the attendence sheet to the office. "I will Mrs.Narwin!" I called wanting to get out of the classroom. "Ok miss Johnson." she 说 as she gave me the paper. I got up and walked into the hallway.
I got to the office and gave the attendence to the office aid. Before I left I saw Duncan and the Vice Principal. Wonder what happened? I thought as I got closer to listen. "I caught him skipping class!" Mr.Ron 说 in a fierce tone. "I was just going to visit someone.." Duncan cut in. "What if he is taking about me?" I thought excidedly. But before I could listen more, a teacher told me to go back to class. After 3 更多 periods passed it was now lunch period. I got some 沙拉 and sat with Abby and Bridgette. "So I heard Duncan got in trouble." Bridgette 说 as she took a fork full a salad. "Yeah, I saw him and the Vice Principal. He was skipping class.." I replied eating. "Figures!" Abby laughed. I saw Duncan walk over. "Will 你 come eat with me?" he asked me. "Um. Sure." I answered, getting up and followed Duncan to a 表 in the back. When we sat All I had in my mind was that I wanted to figure out who he was skipping class to see. So I decided to ask him. "So.." Duncan rised his head. "W-Who were 你 skipping class to see?" I asked. I saw Duncan blush a little. He replied. "Well....I-I was..umm...going to ask 你 something first.." I tilted my head in a state of confusion. "Yeah?" "Well.." he 说 as he put his hand on mine. I blushed bright red. "Y-yes?" I started to stutter. "The one I wanted to see was.....you Gwen.." he 说 as he leaned towards me, his eyes closed. Then I felt his lips on mine. I slowly closed my eyes and joined the kiss. He held my hand tighter. I blushed madly as I cradled his face in my hands. It felt like hours but we broke apart. My 心 was racing. Then Duncan started to speak. "Gwen. Will 你 be my girlfriend?" I blushed a brighter red then said. "S-sure Duncan.." I saw the relieved smile on his face and smiled, My 心 was no longer broken...
