This is gonna be based in a city where everyone is either a hero, villain or just a regular person

Fight crime, cause crime, avoid crime its all up to you

2. Keep it PG-13

3. No killing with out permission

4. No UNFAIR powers

5. Heroes and villains from other stories can be used but keep it at a limit of 2 per player

6. To cut down confusion 5 characters per player (Does not include Heroes and Villains from other series)

7. Please follow proper post format
