Maggie in need of urgent medical attention...

Maggie seemed extremely ill and in need of urgent attention in the last episode Season 6.. Isnt this why they were carrying her, when ambushed? There was nothing else in the episode after they got caught to suggest she was ill 或者 in agony. What happened there, was it a poor rouse 由 the writers to create a plot. She was talking about burying Glenn etc. How was that possible, when she looked like dying herself? Any thoughts
