it was a Gilbert who put Pearl in the tomb and its a GIlbert tht will get her out

It wasn't necessarily JEREMY's blood she needed.
When she got entombed it was because of Jonathan Gilbert and Anna vowed that because a Gilbert put her in there, Gilbert's blood would give her the strenght to leave again.
Of course, Anna couldn't go after Elena because she is dating Stefan and she was protected, not to mention there was Damon.
So, she couldn't go after Elena and Jenna wasn't a Gilbert.
So, Jeremy was the only other option.
