like i told my sister brfore all of this, i told her it wouldn't work because klaus is the original hybrid he's the real thing or whatever u wanna call it. its like in 3x02 when that hybrid bit stefan, stefan didn't drink his blood for the cure he drank klaus's blood

I'm assuming that it's because he is the Original Hybrid. I guess.

because he's also an original probably the first hybrid thats why i think his blood is the only way to cure a werewolf bite on a vampire

It is not the blood of a hybrid that heals were wolf bites it is the blood of a tribrid. Both Klaus' blood and Hope's blood is tribrid blood. Before Klaus was a vampire he was part werewolf (on his dad's side) and a part witch (on his mom's side) but then turned in to a vampire he lost the ability to be a witch but still has witch blood making him a dormant witch, werewolf, and vampire tribrid, and because hope is a witch, werewolf, and vampire she is also a tribrid. Making tribrid blood the only cure for a vampire bitten by a werewolf or a vampire that has werewolf venom in their system.

It is because Klaus triggered his wolf gene after he became an Original/Original hybrid. And Klaus isn't a Tribrid, yes he was a Werewitch prior to being an Original/ Original hybrid, but the transition into the undead removed his connection to magic unless he gets cured, then he will be a Werewitch. Hope was born with wolf/witch/Original hybrid blood in her hense why she can cure the bite of a wolf.
