She chose to break them up, even though Matt didn't realise it, she pushed him to break up with her, for his safety <333 She's a much better person than Stefan <3

^ again im with allisoncarleton haha. clearly she intentionally behaved that way so hed break up with her. but she did it to protect him. it was a pretty heart braking moment for her, she loves him so much but she doesnt wana drag him into all the danger and drama of the supernatural world, so she had to let him go. aww poor care! hopefully itll work out in the end.

Agreed with TearsofPearls32. Caroline didn't do anything severe enough to be dumped,they made Matt look awful.

I think Katherine because she turned Caroline and I don't think Caroline and Matt would've broken up under different circumstances.
