I'm not sure, because I know Stefan loves Damon too. I just think Damon is the one who shows it more often.

It's always the big sibling who cares and loves his/her sibling more. However, they mostly don't show it.

After everything Damon did Stefan still tries to help him. Damon on the other hand, if he does love his brother, he doesn't do anything to prove it. So, because Stefan acts on it and puts up with all the stuff Damon does, he definatly loves Damon more.

Damon killed his brother's best friend... that's love(no it's not).

He's older and way more protective, he would never let Stefan get hurt, no matter what he says, he'll always protect Stefan, from EVERYTHING! <3

mimouk is that really true? I've always looked at it the other way around, I mean isn't it the younger sibling who needs the older sibling and looks up to the older one more...the older one is usually the independent one, therefore he can do things on his own, he doesn't really need his brother to help him...the younger sibling usually depends on the older one to help him, so wouldn't that make the younger sibling love the older sibling more?
