I don't ship him with anyone partly because I don't like him but hopefully that will change in season 6.

I really don't like the idea of Caroline with Enzo

In other circumstances, I would've maybe shipped him with Caroline, but the girl has way too many love interests already, and besides that it would feel like a cheap attempt to please Klaroline fans. Besides that, Steroline are starting to build up and it's pretty clear that they're Endgame, so giving her a brand new love interest is bad writing.
I like the possibility of Bonnie and Enzo though. I want to see more of them.
And I'm probably the only Damon stan that doesn't like Denzo at all. Friendship or romantic.
