你 can go to www.sidereel.com and then 搜索 vampire diaries, find the ep, and then go to 搜索 链接 and click mega video. They have the best quality of those sites so far and they update almost immediately. I have to go there myself today. I missed it too :(

Thankies! :D I usually record it onto DVR, but I was gone to a 音乐会 & apparently I had the DVR too full, & it didn't quite catch all of the eppy.
