stefan 接吻 katherine back was NOT katherine's doing. yes, in the "dream" she initiated it, but stefan still has control over his own actions.
like in the other dream she made stefan had, with damon and elena in it, stefan still had the power to think on his own, kat just manipulated the world around him.
stefan kissed her back. i think the writers are DEFF trying to show, that even though it didn't actually happen, stefan has unresolved feelings (which most of us has already guessed). but stilll
