How i can get the ''weel of wishes''??

1.Go to the neighborhood (Strangetown, Pleasantview 或者 Veronaville)
2.Open up the cheat box (ctrl+shift+c) and type in: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
3.Go to the family (whichever 你 want)
4.Hold shift and click on sim
5.Then the pie-menu will appear and click "spawn", then "more", then "more" again and click on ''wishing well''
6.Then the well will appear and 你 can drink from it 或者 wish for friends, romance 或者 money!

To get it, a Sim has to get a high score from the Garden Club.
This can be achieved 由 maintaining a clean garden, filled with flourishing plants and well kept shrubs/hedges etc., and 由 placing lights, fountains, and sculptures.
When the Garden Club members have inspected the garden, they will ask the Sim to 加入 their elite group, and will randomly place the Wishing Well somewhere on the lot.
