The only thing, I don't like about TLG is that Kiara is a cub rather than adult. TLG should take place in the after events of TLK 2. I don't know what the producers were thinking. Kion would make a nice character if he was born after events of TLK 2 than what the TLG producers actually did. People are gonna dislike TLG because a lot of it confuses them when they know Kiara was the only cub in TLK 2. So, I really can't hate Kion when the TLG filmmakers made him that way. I prefer him over Kopa though. Kopa isn't official character. Kion at least is. When fans on YouTube keep believing Fluffy is Kopa, especially recently. They outta know about TLG but they keep following the f**king TLK: SNA books instead of thinking of Kion. It drives me insane! If the outsiders never created those books in the first place, TLK fans would never be confused about fluffy. In my opinion, I would dislike Kopa before Kion. because Kopa isn't no part of Disney.
Yeah, If they were to have a prequel of TLK2 I can see the time frame working like it was at at time when Zira wasn't in the picture quite just yet, but what I can't see working is the pridelands having a so called 'guard' when they have a large number of lionesses who do almost the exact same thing if not more than what the 'Guard' does. And Kiara... oh my lord, how could they change a fun loving character who all she wanted to do is have fun and wanted nothing to do with being queen into a... bitch who wants to be queen and don't even know what fun is... They have this messed up bad, very bad. And not to mention them treating Nala the exact same way they treated her in TLK2, same the smallest of lines then leaves until the end, I expected to see her more but the writers have their thumbs so far up their own asses they don't even care anymore...
I don't hate him as a character. I hate the whole execution of TLG while I recognise that Kion as a character had potential and has good aspects to him. It's just the "Gary Sue" and magical roar exexution that the show's execution demands that puts me off. If you'd provided a "Dislike him" option, that's what I'd picked.
