President Snow and Katniss promised not to lie to each other..
he said that he didn't kill Prim..
the bomb that went down on the children was one of the things that Gale created.. so technically, he DID kind of kill Prim :'(
i used to be Team Gale, but after this part.. i was kind of like, screw you Gale. :P
and then he left Katniss.. :P

Well. I don't know. I do think that Gale killed Prim.. but not on purpose. I mean he didn't set out on a mission to kill her sister; it just kind of happened. And I think by this point in the book, the Capitol knew they were losing their power and a hovercraft, with all of the chaos happening everywhere, wasn't their main worry. (Maybe they even thought that 13 burning all of the children would send a message... and it did.)

It just happened it didn't kill Only her. So who cares if it was his bomb I dont even think its his cause he said he didn't know if it was his or not. The Capitol could probably care less about they're children. I just can't believe Katniss won't let go of that moment with Gale. I think Gale is really good at heart but you know hes kinda violent

District 13 really shouldn't have sent that bomb down. What good would it have done to kill their own children? Coin (+ others) was the one fussing about having no heirs!
Of course, it wasn't Gales fault. He only made the bomb ...

YES! IT WAS ALL STUPID GALES FAULT! DONT YOU SEE?! It was his idea in the first place!!!! he was the one who came up with the plan! HE KILLED PRIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The capitol doesn't care if their kids, for example - THE HUNGER GAMES! why would they continue them if they cared?
