As far as I can remember, it doesn't. They were supposed to get married in 'Catching Fire' but didn't, but I am sure they don't in Mockingjay.

If 你 haven't read the final book and don't want it spoilered, why would 你 ever open a 问题 which mentions the book's name in it? It's bound to be answered with spoilers even if the actual 问题 doesn't contain any.

They could have been living together without being married though. It's unclear.

It is 2 kids, a girl and a younger boy, names unrevealed. But haven't kids doesn't necessarily mean they married.
