Do the other districts like Katniss, 或者 hate her?

I think it just depends on the district bec she did get along with rue 或者 if they do all hate her it might be bec they know she'll kill them them 或者 they have to kill her.
And they probably wouldn't have hated her if she would have tried to be a career.
