Guys I need help!!!

Bec sometimes if the games take too long they do something in the arena to bring the kids together.
They host the hunger games to begin with.
And they supply the weapons.

Three reasons the capitol is to blame for the death of the children in the games is;

- They started the games.

- If nothing happens in the arena they kill one of the players to let them know there still there.

- They supply weapons, and other killing tools.
