The Black Forest Organization is just a roleplay place- kinda. There are some exceptions. In order to 加入 你 need a character obviously. They cannot be a 粉丝 character!

Character Requirements:
-Not a 粉丝 character.(Ex: Sonic FC, MLP FC, etc.)
-Not a mary sue. I will take actions if 你 are being one!
-Have atleast 1-5 good fighting qualities about them! Yes they can be 邪恶力量 或者 just normal strength. If it's a power like Super strength balance it out with a small power and then quit. If 你 go any further you'll be a mary sue.
