Strike One- Cancelling Cold Case.
Strike Two- Allowing Melina Kanakaredes to leave CSI: New York.
Strike Three- The fiasco at Criminal Minds because they axed AJ Cook and Paget Brewster for "budget reasons" then bring in a new character to replace Cook's character!?!?!? Then on top of all that they tell Paget Brewster that she can come back to Criminal Minds if her other job prospects are unsucessful!
