Is it sure that she had a surgery? Dimples can appear when someone loses weight so maybe her face is a bit more thin than before :)

^^ It hasn't been confirmed or anything, but if you compare photos it's pretty drastic. Weight loss doesn't make dimples show up out of nowhere. That's not how dimples work. :/
