I 爱情 the story/movie spirited away. But umm... 你 know how when Chihiro was little and she fell into the river, i know that haku saved her, but did he save her in dragon form 或者 did he save her like with the water? Help me please=)

I think he was just born that way, because he's a River Spirit so I don't think 你 could have become one just like that. 哈哈

I dont think that he saved her in dragon form, 或者 else Chihiro would for sure remember that. I think he used his river spirit powers 或者 something to save her. Maybe to calm the water down? 或者 taking her back to 支撑, 海岸 through a wave. And I agree with Okami_Amaterasu on the whole how to become a river spirit :)
