Well that is hard bcs lots of sites make it with parts and that sucks... U could try megaupload but there is in watching and u have to wait 2 hrs to watch again (forgot limit). And all 日本动漫 are great with english sub, I mean they put soul into 日本动漫 when they make one... English dub sucks bcs they make it like trees talking. So just learn how to read faster. xP
