I was like that 2,i just started 唱歌 a little bit around people at work and sometimes they would complement me on my 唱歌 and sometimes they would 加入 in and sing with me if it was a song they knew.you just have to break yourself in slowly, singing a little bit here and a little bit there.
Trust me, it starts out like that. When I used to perform solos as a kid, the first time I ever did it was the most nerve wracking experience ever. On auditioning 日 i was shaking like crazy, but that was because I was alone in a room of all men. But when 你 are in front of a huge croud like in an auditorium, as soon as 你 start, 你 start and the whole experience feels blurry. 你 don't remember a thing until 你 are done, then 你 are just like "DID I REALLY JUST DO THAT?". It's what happened to me. I actually got to carried away shivering back stage that the MC had to call me after she announced my name again.
My main advice, don't tell yourself don't be nervous. It's actually scientifically proven that when 你 tell yourself don't be nervous 你 become 更多 nervous. Just take a deep breath and say "if 你 are nervous, that's fine, everyone get's nervous" I swear it works!
I don’t tell anyone I’m nervous. I let my mind go blank as I walk out. I don’t allow myself to think it nor feel it 或者 anything 或者 else I get super nervous. Then I’m a lot less nervous. Lol. I can’t get rid of it completely even though my job is public speaking and I’m never nervous there.
