实习医生风云 has many unique personalities like the sex-obsessed Todd, The needy J.D 或者 the protective Carla. However, there are two characters that everyone loves but they shouldn't because the make fun of J.D, the main character. They are Janitor and Dr. Cox and even though they are similar, they have different ways of teasing J.D.

Don't get me wrong, I think I'm one of the biggest 实习医生风云 粉丝 I know. I've seen EVERY episode numerous times, can quote lines to the annoyingth degree and make references to it in real life, to both welcoming and less receptive audiences. But watching the latest season (Season 6) I couldn't help but wondering if the 实习医生风云 series is wearing out its welcome.
