1.) The movie's content does not state them as his children but have them call him "Scar".
2.) It would state them as his children if they were supposed to be, because the story revolves around a cub that is not his child but taking a biological child's status. Hence it would be crucial to the story if there were any biological children. They didn't mention any, so there isn't any.
3.) Nuka and Vitani do not call Scar "dad" 或者 "father" but only 由 his name. Especially Nuka, being jealous of Kovu's heirness, would've used the card of biological bond to Scar if he had any.
But hence the point number one which is the solid fact making it official they are not his children.

Again, I know that they didn't menten it in the movie. But Nuka and Scar look alot alike.
If 你 know that then why the heck are 你 asking thsi question? 你 know they are not officially but that in fanfiction they still can be. How is that not enough?
