When people say they want to see Tsukune turn into a ghoul if the third season , come out what do they mean? Him turn into an S-Class vimpire from Moka's blood 或者 an ugly ghoul?

That only happens in the 日本漫画 and nothing happens between tsukune and kurumu just a 吻乐队（Kiss） and its because of her powers not tsukune will

No dude she doesnt use her powers. After Moka is kidnapped 由 her sister.Tsukune decides to train whit one of the 3 dark lords Tohofuhai. But Tohofuhai realise Tsukune doesnt has the power to save Moka, only if he agrees to do a kind of "operation" whit magic, that will give the power to save Moka, but the operation goes wrong when Tskunes´s vampire blood awakes and turns in rampage againts the dark lord(btw they are in kind of a force shield so no one can enter) Kurumu see the monster that tsukune is now and then she manages to pass through the force shield and then 吻乐队（Kiss） him

So he returns to normal

yeah tsukune was a real asshole in that chapter, letting kurumu go that way :(
