TheJoker29 picked Both:
They're both great sides of one character and Anthony Head plays them both amazingly well. A job well done I think!

Ughhh I hate 'both' options, such a cop out.

Anyway, he's badass as the Repo Man, but at some points the Batman voice is a bit too much for me. I like Nathan. He's so wounded and tortured and tries to be a good man but is slowly driven insane by all his losses and the people pressuring him.

Lol, I was just going to say that about 'both' options, Lunaste. And I agree with you about the other as well. Nathan is a tortured, intricate character while the Repo man is basically just a straightforward assassin. Not much depth, just blood and guts.

I didn't want to pick "both", i think it tells nothing... (agree with Lunaste) It's hard to choose one, because it also isn't easy to decide who is Repo Man and who is Nathan Wallace, because they live in the same body :) Well, "Thankless Job" and the "Legal Assassin"'s end are undoubtedly Repo Man... And probably "Let The Monster Rise" is him too. If I'm right, i like him i little bit more than Nathan.
Oh, and i also agree with rockroller :D

Nathan is so adorably sad that I just want to give him a hug. Repo Man glee and love of his work just makes me smile...

I like Nathan better though, because with him, you get the tortured single father who wants to be a good person, and the awesome guy who is able to make his way across town to an opera when the streets are filled with people trying to kill him, with only a huge industrialized scalpel and his mad neck-breaking skills to defend himself with.

I agree that both options are usually a copout, but I couldn't help myself this time because nathan is MY character and I couldn't see myself loving his personal architecture as much if he was only a soft sweet hurt single father, or if he was only a heartless murderer. althou both are fucking awsome.

I hate choosing both... but the character is great because of the combination. I wouldn't care for either if they were separate characters. The internal conflict with the dual personality is possibly one of my favorite things about the film (other than the way it was portrayed by ASH)

Finally, a great subject!! Nathan is what you call a split personality. Batman and Bruce wayne are a split personality. DID or
multiple personality disorder is when there are 2 or more personalities in the same body and neither are aware of what happens when the other person takes control. Nathan is aware of Repo, created Repo to seperate himself from something he hated doing. He was forced into being a repo man! You know he's aware because of 2 key scenes. First being Thankless Job scene. The look on his face after playing puppet is like "oh, crap! I enjoyed it too much!" He also shows it in the phonecall scene. Also, he admits that "when I remember...I dismember." He's taking his guilt and shame out on his victims! I wonder if it would've been different somehow if he were a multiple instead of a split!?
