i asked this same 问题 at the dream spot but that club isnt getting no action so... has anyone ever had a OBE? (out of body expirence ) during their sleep 或者 a vivid dream that they were out of their body

i had one a few years 以前 and it seemed really weird. in my dream i was standing 或者 hovering over my own 床, 床上 while i was still sleeping in it and before i could say 或者 do anything my "dream" ended with me feeling super scared and a rush of panic went throught me. when i woke up i was all sweaty which was even weirder because my room was freezing cold (i used to sleep with my air conditioner on high).

it happens to me all the time i feel like my soul gets out of my body and moves around its werid ^.- through cool

Yeah. I don't remember anything other than looking down at myself, asleep, and realizing I was not in my body.

ya but i dont sleep walk my couzin does . one time she had a sleep over and we all were alseep and she got up and came in my sleeping bag . and i 说 nothing i am a very hard sleeper

i have epic dreams of all kind including those out of body dreams
