Honestly, I can't say that this applies to me most of the time but on the rare occurences it has actually happened, it is mainly because of my tiredness. A lot of it. For example, having exercised beyond my comfort level, having been emotionally drained, lacking many hours of sleep 或者 having a good drink before I get into bed. If the aforementioned apply, even trying to read a Book, playing some Game on a Console / my Phone 或者 watch a Series as I fall into 床, 床上 can be the icing to the cake. It can make me sleepy in a matter of 秒 and drop immediately what I was doing. These factors can be pretty effective when taking into account !!!!
Mines usually around half an 小时 now. But I know the feeling of not being able to XD I used to take hours to fall asleep
Now its just about working myself enough during the 日 that Im tired and not using my phone and electronics in 床, 床上 / the bedroom so my bedroom is only associated with sleeping XD
My dad's like that but that's because he has sleep napea which he could fall asleep anywhere and any time. He's even nearly fallen asleep whild driving, which is really dangerous obviously. Anyways, it kind of makes me jealous that he can fall asleep that fast because I can't. I have a really hard time falling asleep unless I take sleeping pills.
I have no clue. As I am an insomniac with bipolar disorder, I have a hard time tasting a good sleep. I have been prescribed with medicine and drugs to make me fall asleep. Sometimes, even the medicine fails to prevent my insomnia.
