It really depends... definitely not if 你 have a girly face 'cos there was this person who looked exactly like a girl but he was really just a boy with long hair.
I knew a guy in high school whose hair was considerably long, and he also had a beard, and I told him that if I were going to make a movie about 耶稣 that I would cast him as Jesus. We also called him Fish- literally everyone called him fish, and there were only a few people that knew his real name- so he was 耶稣 Fish. ....It's especially funny because he was a gay atheist Man, anatomy was great.
Anyway, I have no problems with guys with long hair. It can look really great.
I had long hair for a while. I do say there are some guys who need to remember that long hair requires both shampoo and conditioner, but a man's hair can be just as long, lush, and as beautiful as a woman's.
It depends on the guy, really. Some guys I can't imagine with short hair. Then, there are guys that look better with short hair. Some guys look good either way.
