Why can't people under the age of 13 come to fanpop?

The internet doesnt allow people younger than 13 years on it. At least they try to not allow them.

Cause generally speaking, they arent ready for it. They are too easily influenced to be open to the internet. They are typically too dumb and arrogant to be open to the internet. They are too young and there is a lot of things that they might get exposed to that they arent ready for.

As a person who came here before they were 13 (i was 11 ooPS) it's because most of us aren't smart enough 或者 mature enough for the internet, as can be evidenced 由 any attempts at 表演 smart on this website for the first 6 ish months of my being here. Most of them are kinda annoying as well and don't understand sentence structure. PLUS, there's a lot of cussing and sexual stuff on here that would ruin their virgin eyes XD
