Why aren’t there bullet-proof pants?

No one really thinks of shooting someone in the legs. They usually aim for the chest. The chest is an easier target and because that's where the 心 is, so they die faster.

and also it would be hard to walk in bullet-proof pants.

Maybe, because it would be hard to walk in them. because they would be heavy. :D
