We have this 列表 of chores my and my sisters are entrusted to do every week. Cooking, cleaning and doing the laundry. Every week, our tasks change. My dad works to take care of us.
We don't really have a schedule per say, I just do 随意 chores when my mum asks me to. Some chores that I do are - the dishes, vacuum, laundry, put groceries away. I get my brother to clean the bathrooms. ;)
I have a maid, so I don't do anything, but sometimes, I do a few chores on sundays, cuz it's her 日 off, I do 随意 stuff like making my 床, 床上 或者 doing tea......etc

I don't like the term "maid". Makes it seem like their slaves and as if their your posession. I just call maids auntie 或者 something, In Egypt, we used to have an auntie (your term for "maid") and she was super nice. We were roomates, and even though I moved, we still keep in touch through skype,email, letters, postcards, etc.
well, u might be right about that, however she definitly isn't our slave, she gets paid properly, and refering to her as "auntie" makes it sound like she was my aunt with is kindda weird lolZ. But yeah,she is super nice and stuff :-D, but I don't think I would ever try to keep in touch with her cuz we change maids very often
Sadly, none ): their all done before I wake up...and while I'm brushing my teeth in my bathroom, my 床, 床上 is already done. Ah...the work of my Grandmother and Mother surprise me! Their like cleaning ninjas!
